The Chardonnay grape is harvested from the rows at the end of August and then taken to the cellar and immediately processed.
After crushing, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature for 15-20 days, then refining in steel barrels for 4 months
Our Chardonnay Regina Carolina is a straw yellow wine with golden reflections.
On the nose it has a delicate, intense and fruity aroma with a hint of vanilla, while on the palate it explodes with an intense and persistent flavor, sapid and harmonious.
It is a wine that goes perfectly with all white meat dishes, or a good risotto with asparagus, pasta with aubergines or pumpkin tortelli.
It also goes perfectly with a shell-based dish.
